We've seen athletes from all different sports tweeting their congratulations for Jason Collins coming out, but apparently one such tweet was enough to cost former Green Bay Packers safety Leroy Butler an $8,500 speaking arrangement at a local Wisconsin church.

Butler, who played his entire career for the Packers and is credited with inventing the Lambeau Leap, was scheduled to give a speech on bullying, but after tweeting a congratulatory tweet to Collins, he received a phone call from the church telling him that they were pulling the plug.

Apparently, some parents complained to the church after seeing Butler's tweet. For his part, Butler had a succinct way of telling the church his views on their decision -
